Refund and Returns Policy

Limited Edition prints.

I hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are disappointed for any reason, and would like to exchange your print for an alternative of equal value, you may do so. Simply send me an email letting me know, and indicating which image you would like as a replacement, and post your purchase back to me, undamaged, in saleable condition, in the original packaging. Please note that you are responsible for postal charges.

You may also exchange your print for one of a higher value, subject to payment of the extra costs. Email me first to arrange this.

If you would like to exchange your print for one of a lower value I can issue a partial refund, less postal charges.

Before requesting an exchange, please email me to check that your desired replacement is in stock.

Refunds will be issued for any purchase lost or damaged in transit. Please contact me immediately, with evidence of the damage, if this occurs.

Originals.

I cannot offer refunds for original paintings. Please make sure you have all the details of the chosen artwork before purchase.

Originals lost or damaged in transit will be fully-refunded. I will require proof of damage. (Damaged paintings must be returned to me; I will refund postage costs).

Commissions.

Photographs of completed commissions will be sent before payment is requested, and are offered without obligation. However, once despatched and received, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
